Each one has a colorful solid non-marring silicone bumper and a matching center plug to cover the screw hole. They are made solid enough to resist an impact, yet soft enough to minimize damage. They each have a stainless steel screw and a plastic anchoring system to fasten securely into the ends of your handlebars. They are an improved replacement to older, worn out, or missing end plugs. Great for use on adult and children’s bikes.
